MESSAGE FROM PUBLIC HEALTH KING COUNTY
The King County Testing Team has a limited supply of over the counter (OTC) tests available. We want to make sure these tests will be used by community members while the supply lasts. They come in boxes of 300. If you can distribute to your community, households associated with your organization as well as households of any staff please order or reorder your tests here: https://forms.office.com/g/FvshPQQ8eP.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive the full order. We are providing tests on a first come first serve basis. You will receive and email with delivery information when your order is ready. If you do not hear from us, we have not processed your order yet. This offer will be provided while supplies last.
